Terms of Use

These terms apply between you and hepdrama for the hepdrama.net website and the digital content sold on it. By using the site or making a purchase you accept them.

A purchased e-book grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal reading. You may copy the file to your own devices and read it as often as you like.

• Sharing, selling, renting, publicly posting or otherwise distributing the file is prohibited.
• Copying all or part of the content into another work, translating or adapting it requires permission.
• Files may be associated with your order details; if unauthorised distribution is detected, access is revoked and legal action may follow.

An order is final when the payment is confirmed. The download link is shown on the post-payment page and emailed to you. You can always retrieve it on the My order page with your order number and email address.

Prices are shown for your region in Turkish lira or in US dollars, euros or pounds and include taxes. Payment is taken by credit or debit card through Stripe.

All texts, cover artwork, the logo and e-book contents on the site belong to hepdrama and the respective rights holders and are protected by copyright law.

The site is provided as is. Uninterrupted access is not guaranteed; if a purchased file cannot be delivered, the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes are heard by Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
