Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may abandon an order at any time before paying; nothing is charged. If a payment link is not used within 48 hours the order is cancelled automatically.

E-books are digital content delivered immediately after payment, so by law there is no right of withdrawal and no refund for a change of mind.

You receive a full refund in the following cases:

• The file could not be delivered or the download link does not work and the problem was not fixed within 2 business days.
• The file is defective (does not open, is incomplete or is a different book from the one purchased).
• You were accidentally charged more than once for the same book (the extra payments are refunded).
• The payment was made without your knowledge (cardholder disputes are handled through Stripe).

Write to destek@hepdrama.net within 14 days of payment with your order number (HD-…) and the email address you paid with. We reply within 2 business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. The download link of a refunded order is disabled.
